I formed “Myhinterland” about 7 years ago having grown up in the countryside with a love of being and working outside. Our logo is a true silhouette of myself and my working cocker spaniel “Ivy”, who often comes to work with us. 

My ethos is to offer a personal service, working with landowners to develop the best solution for their project. Cost is often a factor, but we endeavour to offer a range of ideas that represent true long-term value, not simply expedient but short-term fixes, no-one likes wasting money after all.

We have invested in a range of quality low impact equipment that gets the job done but not at the cost of the ground or surrounding environment. Our equipment also allows us work on sites with challenging or restricted access.

 A couple of years ago we were approached by Milwaukee tools to help produce a video showcasing their new range of Fencing tools, which by the way are the best on the market! They felt that our brand values and approach to business was a perfect fit with theirs and were looking for an actual Fencer to make it all real. Since this video we have gone on to demonstrate at trade shows with them both in the UK and in Europe. The collaboration is now extending into other areas of their tool range and we hope to be able to share this soon.  

We aim to work sensitively given that its often within broad residential settings or in a protected or much-loved landscape.
